Between the last move-out in June and the September intake, every room, studio and communal space in a student building needs to be cleaned, checked and made ready, often alongside maintenance and summer lets. Missing that window means unhappy new residents and complaints from day one.
We plan summer turnarounds with you in advance: a site visit, a room-by-room checklist agreed with your team, and scheduled cleaning that works floor by floor around your other contractors. Many university halls have cleaners for shared kitchens, bathrooms and corridors, but not usually for individual bedrooms. Private purpose-built blocks vary. Providers often bring in specialist teams like ours for summer turnarounds, deep cleans and extra term-time cover.
Do you clean purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA)?
Yes. We clean PBSA rooms, studios and cluster flats, as well as receptions, corridors, stairwells, common rooms and bin stores, on a regular schedule or as a summer turnaround.
Can you handle summer turnaround cleaning between academic years?
Yes. We plan turnarounds with you in advance, agree a room-by-room checklist and schedule cleaning around maintenance and move-in dates so the building is ready for the new intake.
Can students book a clean for their own flat?
